Flicker Film Festivals are spreading all over the world.

Submit your film to the Flicker near you, and let them know if you would like it to be submitted to other Flicker Fests. Your film could go on tour around the country.

Flicker accepts 8mm, Super 8, 16mm or 35mm films at or under 15 minutes in length that have been transferred to VHS or DVD. You can also submit Super 8 or 16mm prints.

There is no entry fee, and you can submit any time. Each Flicker it bi-monthly or close to it.
